Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or generating a Circle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Circles is operated by mAIb Tech ("we", "us", "our").

Circles enables you to create private, end-to-end encrypted Android applications ("Circles") for closed groups. We provide the build infrastructure, identity, distribution links, and signaling. We do not host, read, decrypt, or moderate the content exchanged inside your Circle.

All message, call, and file content is encrypted client-side using per-circle symmetric keys derived from your recovery passphrase and per-member key wrapping. We cannot recover your data or your passphrase. If you lose your passphrase and have no other authorised device, your Circle's content becomes permanently inaccessible.

You agree not to use Circles to:

• Distribute malware, phishing payloads, or illegal content.
• Coordinate violence, harassment, or exploitation of minors.
• Violate export control or sanctions law.
• Reverse-engineer the build pipeline or signing keys.

Because the service is zero-knowledge, enforcement relies on you, the Circle owner, to govern membership.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, recovery passphrase, and invite links. Circle owners are responsible for who they invite and may revoke membership at any time.

The Free tier includes one Circle, three invites, and two builds. Pro tier features are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

You receive a signed APK built and signed by mAIb Tech under a per-Circle application identifier. You may redistribute it only to members of your Circle. The APK is not published on the Play Store.

The Circles platform, brand, and build tooling are property of mAIb Tech. Content you create or exchange inside your Circle remains yours.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that encryption will be unbreakable against future cryptanalytic advances, that builds will be free of defects, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mAIb Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data resulting from a lost passphrase.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; doing so removes server-side metadata but cannot retroactively decrypt or recover content.

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the cockpit. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
